Vitamin E facial at home – Look 10 years younger in just 30 minutes



Vitamin E, is a must nutrient for your body and skin. Vitamin E helps your skin cells to regenrate.

Vitamin E oil prevents the formation of wrinkles by blocking free radical damage. It treats wrinkles by boosting collagen production, a connective tissue that keeps skin elastic. Vitamin E oil also treats wrinkles by supporting new skin cell growth and speeding up cell regeneration

Today in this video, I am going to share one basic facial that you can easily do at home to get younger looking skin back

Step #1 – Vitamin E Face Cleanser

To make this cleanser you will need

Raw Honey
And a few drops of vitamin E oil

In a clean bowl take one tsp of honey
In this add about 10 drops of vitamin E oil
Mix and your face cleanser is ready
Spread this paste evenly on your face and leave it for 15 minutes
Rinse it off using plain water

Step #2 – Vitamin E Face Scrub

To prepare this scrub you’ll need

Sea salt
& vitamin E oil

In a mixing bowl mix coffee grinds and sugar, take around 1 cup of each
In this add 1/2 cup of coconut oil
At last add 2-3 drops of vitamin E oil
Mix and your scrub is ready

Apply this scrub all over your face, rub it gently in circular motion for 2 minutes. Leave it on your face for 5 minutes and then wash it off with plain water

Step #3 – Face Massage

Just apply a few drops of vitamin e oil all over your face and massage your face in upward motion for 10 minutes

    But in the scrub at frist you mentioned that we should add sea salt but actually you added suger..
