My samsung s9 wont pass the "Samsung Galaxy S9 secured by Knox" loggo. it turns off and turn on showing the same loggo. I did what you just showed but my factory restart menu doesnt show it just says "installing system update" it doesnt pass 30% and then says "error". Then it does it all over again. Is there anything else i can try?

Did this it worked but now it’s saying for me to use the phone I have to get on WiFi and use the google and password for the phone thing is it’s my moms phone and she doesn’t know the gmail she used (says it was an unauthorized method)

Hi sir. I have a question. I have a Galaxy s9 from cricket. I have an unlock code it is not accepting the Verizon Sim card. How do I input the code. The phone does not ask for the code. I'm getting ulcers trying to figure this out and nobody knows how to do it
